FEEL is about BEING with horses as teachers, they reflect back to you what is in your unconscious mind and help release tension in your physical body. As prey animals, they are highly sensitive and attuned to parts of yourself to which you are not consciously aware. Being with such immensely powerful animals enables you to develop awareness of response patterns so you can develop confidence, leadership and work through challenging emotions and behaviour patterns. There is a large amount of supportive research to show that the neurological paths that are created through traumatic events change and restore through experience with horses.
