You need support and/or coaching but not sure what you need, but you think I can help. This is a conversation that can be in person or on the phone or video call. I read energy patterns and can offer the remedy that intuitively comes to me for your highest joy and health. A remedy can be an action, a mineral, plant or animal remedy, or somatic healing work through meditation. This is a spiritual connection, sometimes I receive information from people, places or things that are not in physical form in this dimension. Everyone is unique, each conversation sacred and confidential. If called, I will put a card for you. Expect breath work, meditation, activating your pineal gland and grounding. I may offer reiki healing or shamanic/ancient practices to clear energy in your body, aura or home.
